Got some gelato after a train ride arriving at Berlin main station. The location of this place is perfect since it is at s huge busy station. They carry a lot of flavors and the service was nice. All the gelato flavors were listed in German. But the staff tried to translate the flavors that she knew in English to us. I opted for some hazelnut gelato. Although it isn't the best gelato, but I can't complain when it is only 1.4euros! Plus the serving was pretty big for that price.

It really used to be better, like, much better...
Just were at the Berlin Hbf on Thursday back from a long train ride, and the only thing I wanted was a good ice-cream. I remembered that they were quite good in the past so I decided to check it out again. Low/medium quality and not friendly service. Guess I will pass next time... -

Das Eis war erstklassig, der Service ist allerdings echt verbesserungswürdig. Ich war innerhalb einer Woche dreimal da (bei gutem Eis muss man doch wohl zuschlagen!), habe mir zweimal Eis 'to go' geholt und mich einmal draußen hingesetzt. Das Personal wirkte immer sehr genervt, dass sie mich bedienen müssen und reagierte auf ganz normale Fragen sehr sauer.
Zu empfehlen ist das Eis aber dennoch. Besonders Mango und Haselnuss haben es mir angetan wenn ich mal wieder in Berlin bin, wird sicher auch ein Besuch bei Zanetti anstehen.
